At least 150 million people in China, or more than 10% of the country’s population, is facing government restrictions on how often they can leave their home

The 150 million are a subset of the more than 760 million people whose neighborhoods have imposed restrictions on entering and leaving. 760 million is more than half of China’s population and roughly 1 in 10 people on the planet.
